Prima 24 ore dopo il anchoragio, bisogna andare ala Société d'exploitation du port de Monaco, per rimettere la foglia di declarazione d'intrato debitamente completato, presentare le documente del bordo e pagare i diriti di anchoragio. Il sabato,la domenica e i gioni festivi, andare alla capitaneria.

Démarches administratives:
Dès l'accostage et au plus tard dans les 24h, se présenter au siège de la S.E.P.M. pour remettre la fiche de déclaration d'entrée dûment complétée, présenter les documents de bord et payer les droits de stationnement. Le samedi, dimanche et jours fériés la démarche devra se faire à la capitainerie.

A sovereign and independent state, the Principality of Monaco has borders on its landward side with several communes of the French Department of the Alpes-Maritimes. Its surface area is 485 acres, of which nearly 100 were recovered from the sea during the course of the last twenty years. Monaco lies on a narrow coastal strip, which sometimes rises vertically upwards with its highest point at 206 feet. Its width varies between .65 miles and a mere 382 yards. Its coastline is 2.5 miles long. The Principality has only one commune, Monaco, whose limits are the same as those of the state.
Port de la Condamine, the main harbor basin, lies N of the town of Monaco. It is entered between two breakwaters which form an entrance 100m wide at the surface and 80m wide at the bottom. Depths up to 22m lie in the outer part of this basin and the quays have depths of 4 to 8.5m alongside. Vessels up to 135m in length, 20m beam, and 7m draft can be accommodated. The harbor is mainly used by pleasure craft and there is very little commercial activity.

Administrative procedure:

Within 24h of berthing, you must report to the Société d'exploitation des ports de Monaco, duly completed together with ship's papers and pay the necessary harbour fees. On saturdays, sundays, and public holidays, you are requested to report to the harbourmaster's office.
