Cap Sicie is a dark headland which rises to two small peaks with a saddle between them. The prominent ruins of an old signal station stand on the E peak. The conspicuous chapel of Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde, with a pylon close W, stands on the W peak. A light is shown from a white metal mast, 3m high, standing at the foot of the cape.
A rocky patch, with a depth of 4.5m, lies about 0.2 mile SE of the cape. Deux Freres, two dark and rugged rocks, lie 0.5 mile ENE of the cape. The N rock is 20m high and the S rock is 15m high both are very conspicuous.
