Situé à quelques miles du Delta de l'Ebre et au S du cap Roig, le club nautique de La Ampolla est bien abrité.
Dangers: Bancs de Arena sur la zone du Fangal; Attention au Mistral(NW). Il faut noter que le niveau de l'eau s'abaisse ou s'élève de manière très sensible suivant que les vents sont de NW ou de SE.
