Port El Kantaoui peut recevoir 300 bateaux de toutes catégories avec un tirant d’eau de 2,50m à 1,60m.
Accès par un chenal de 200 m de long, 3m de profondeur, orienté au 305°, balisé de 1 bouée tribord, feu vert clignotant et 1 bouée bâbord, feu rouge clignotant.
Archipel composé de 2 îles à l'Est de Monastir remarquables par la richesse de la biodiversité. Elles abritent également de nombreuses espèces d’oiseaux migrateurs.
