Port Forum se trouve dans la localité de Sant Adria de Besos. Il a été construit dans le parc du Forum, édifié pour le Forum Universel des Cultures 2004.

The Rio Besos, 53 km long, flows into the Mediterranean sea, between the cities of Barcelona and Sant Adria de Besos. Its mouth is marked on its S side by a major power station with a 100 m long jetty reserved to serve the power station.
