Factory Bay opens at the NW in Marco Island. Two marinas on Factory Bay offer overnight or temporary dockage. The west channel is marked by daybeacons 1, 3 and 5. When entering this channel, keep the markers to port, and watch for strong ebb currents along the west shore. The east channel is equally well marked by daybeacons 2, 4 and 6. When entering this channel, keep the markers to starboard.
The anchorage lies at the southern end of Factory Bay. Minimum Depth: 5 ½ feet. Open to strong northern winds.

Factory bay s'ouvre au NW de Marco Island. Elle abrite deux marinas. Elle est desservie par deux canaux. Le chenal W est marqué par 1 MARQUES DE JOUR, 3 et 5. Lorsque vous entrez dans ce canal, garder les repères au port, et faites attention aux forts courants de marée le long de la rive W. Goodland is a small fishing village, located at the E end of Marco Island. Several fish wharves and small-craft facilities are at the village. Very good protection. Mooring in 5/6 feet.
