Otocic Sveti Andrija, the outer islet of the chain, lies 2.3 miles SW of the NW extremity of Otok Kolocep. This islet is covered with vegetation, is precipitous on its SW side, and is surmounted by a convent.
A light is shown from a prominent structure, 17m high, standing at the NW sideof the islet.
