Uvala Lopar (Rab)

Long Bay N of Rab. it is possible to anchor but by strong Bora or Sirocco it is less well protected than Supetarska Draga.
Beware of shoals that extend beyond Rt Sorinj, approaching from the west. Coming from the NE shoals and rocks isolated between Rt Lopizine and Uvala Crnika.

In the approach of the Uvala Lopar N or E, there are two shoals to about 0.2 M S. Pl Vela Sika, which is connected to the island of Rab, is indicated by a W cardinal beacon  on board W without fire.

Mooring SE side of the wharf, according to the available space by 3 m deep at the end of the dock. The NW side is used by the ferry in the summer.
You can anchor at the dock by 4 S, 8 m on sandy bottom and grass of good behavior.
The bay is open to winds from NW.

Longue baie au N de Rab. il est possible d'y mouiller bien que par forte Bora ou Sirocco elle soit moins bien abrité que Supetarska Draga.

Attention aux hauts-fonds qui débordent Rt Sorinj, en approchant par l'W. En venant par le NE hauts-fonds et roches isolées entre Rt Lopizine et Uvala Crnika.

Dans l'approche de Uvala Lopar par le N ou l'E, il y a 2 hauts-fonds à environ 0,2 M au S. Pl. Vela Sika, qui sont reliés à l'île de Rab, et sont signalés par une balise cardinale W sans feu sur son bord W.

Amarrage du côté SE du quai, en fonction de la place disponible par 3 m de fond, à l'extrémité du quai. Le côté NW est utilisé par le Ferry en été.

On peut mouiller au S du quai par 4, 8 m sur fond de sable et d'herbe de bonne tenue.

La baie est ouverte aux vents de NW.
