Otok Susak is located about 5,5 NM at W from the S coast of O. Losinj. Its extremities are fronted by shallow banks.
The top of the island has a lighthouse whose focus is 100 m above the level of the sea. The village and port are located in Uvala Dragoca on the NE coast of the island.
